Go to the top right corner and click on the User menu > Profile > Edit profile. Here you can change your names, profile pictures, etc.
You have to have an account and be logged in. If you are not there yet, click on the Home button to bring you on the home page, find the course you would like to follow and click on 'Start the course'. For some of our courses, you need to have an enrolment code to be able to access them.
Check the inbox of the e-mail you have provided. It may also end up in your spam folder, so please check there.
This functionality works the best when using a Moodle app and requires that you have enough storage space in the device you are using (approx. 300 - 500 MB). When using a mobile phone or tablet: download the Moodle app (available for both iOS and Android), enter the site https://platform.healthefoundation.eu. If you are not enrolled in the course yet, enter the enrolment code and enter the course. Click on the three black dots in the right corner of the screen > show download options > and click on the little cloud to download the course. When using a computer or laptop: download the Moodle Desktop app, enter the site https://platform.healthefoundation.eu, if you are not enrolled in the course yet, enroll in the course with a code and enter the course. Click on the three white dots on the right site > show download options > click on the little cloud to download the content.
In the top right corner click on the green bubble, fill in the form with your e-mail address, name, clear and detailed message, click on submit and we will reply within maximum three days by e-mail, so please check your inbox.
Click on the Sign up link under the log in window and you will be redirected to a new page where you can either use your existing social media account or your e-mail address.
